When will I receive my order?
We typically process and ship all orders within 5–7 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
All orders ship via UPS Ground from our Florida warehouse. Delivery time depends on your location, but most customers receive their boxes within 1–2 weeks from the order date.
Orders with multiple boxes may ship together or separately.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Why don’t you offer returns or refunds?
Our mystery boxes are all about the experience of the unknown.
Because the contents are not known until opened, once a box is unsealed, that experience cannot be recreated or resold. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Is this legal?
Yes. Every day, millions of packages go unclaimed or become undeliverable due to reasons like incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or being abandoned at shipping facilities.
These packages, along with customer returns, are legally owned by retailers and logistics companies, who then sell them through liquidation channels. We purchase these items through legitimate suppliers and resell them as mystery boxes.
Where do these packages come from?
Unclaimed and returned packages are typically auctioned or sold in bulk through liquidation partners.
We’ve established relationships with trusted suppliers that give us access to these items, allowing us to bring them directly to our customers.
What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
All shipments are insured for your protection.
If your package is lost, please:

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — but we’re actively working on expanding our shipping options.
